Ingredients

  • 1-1 1/2 cups (~200-250g) greek yogurt of choice
  • 2 Tbsp (32g) peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup (30g) granola of choice
  • drizzle of honey optional
  • 1 apple of choice honeycrisp is my choice

Instructions

  • Fill your bowl with about 1-1 1/2 cups (~200-250g) of greek yogurt of choice
  • Mix in roughly 2 Tbsp (32g) of peanut butter until the yogurt is smooth and the peanut butter has been fully mixed in
  • Top the peanut butter yogurt with about 1/4 cup (30g) of your granola of choice
  • Optionally, drizzle a bit of honey depending on which yogurt you used. If it is a less sweet yogurt, you may want a bit of honey, the choice is up to you!
  • Chop up your favorite apple, I always use Honeycrisp for this yogurt bowl, and arrange the apples how you prefer (in or out of the bowl). Enjoy!
