My dearest readers,
I ask you, is there anything better to start the day with than a yogurt bowl? I mean I guess one could argue that homemade fruit poptarts or apple crisp could be better…but I bet my bottom dollar that once I showed them this Piña Colada Yogurt Bowl recipe they might change their mind!
Turns out I do indeed like piña coladas and I could get caught in the rain if it meant I’d get to eat this piña colada yogurt bowl (corny I know…I apologize…sort of). This yogurt bowl is made using the Chobani Coconut Greek Yogurt as a base. Then you simply top it with fresh chopped pineapple, candied pecans (trusttt meee on this!) coconut flakes and any other tropical fruit you have on hand!
This piña colada yogurt bowl is such a good breakfast or snack idea. Its a quick and easy recipe that both adult and child tastebuds will love! I’d love to hear from you about what your favorite quick breakfast ideas typically are…I commonly alternate between yogurt bowls, smoothies and some sort of egg moment (like egg tacos, yum!)
If you have any other ideas for yogurt bowl flavor combinations leave a comment on this post so I can come up with a good recipe! Until next time…
For the love of cake,
Karis
